Abstract:
Education and training of human resources related to the planned efforts of companies to facilitate employee mastery of skills related to work. These skills include knowledge, skills or behaviors that are essential for effective job performance, and highlighted the training programs. The goal of training is to be employed to adopt and apply in their everyday activities in order to achieve competitive advantage. To this end, training should be seen beyond, as a way of creation of intellectual capital, which includes basic skills (required to perform the job), expanded skills (how to use technology to share information with other employees), understanding the user (or production system) and creativity.
