Abstract:
Position and role of data analysis methods in studies of the economy are analyzed. Statistical analysis as one of the main methods of data analysis is considered. Development and status of the general theory of measurement values in economics are described. The methodological basis for the development and application of modern concepts of measurement in economics are proposed. The fundamental principles and tenets of the measurements in the economy are grounded.
