Neo-Liberalism Vs. Planning As A Institute Of Socio-Economic Development

Abstract:
This paper discusses the arguments for and against planning needs as the economic institute of the state regulation. It is criticizes neoliberalism and explains the new role of planning in terms of the crisis of neo-liberal capitalism. It cites opinions of contemporary neo-liberalism critics and highlight the negative consequences of its application. We start from hipozeze that planning is consistent and reasonable alternative to neo-liberal doctrine.
