Abstract: The Italian firms at I Saloni 2012 are part of a solid group of firms that operate in the furnishing sector in Italy and which in 2011 exported furniture worth some Euro 7,891 million all over the world. Although the international macroeconomic situation is still far from healthy, sector firms succeeded in increasing their sales abroad by 4% compared to the previous year.
