Financial Performance Evaluation of Grid Enterprises Based on IPA Model -- Taking XX Power Supply Bureau as an Example

Abstract: Using the data collected from the internal employee questionnaire, this paper adopts IPA method to analyze the financial performance and operation status of XX power supply bureau with some financial data as indicators. In addition, this paper evaluates the financial operation performance of the electric power enterprise, and puts forward relevant suggestions for the asset problems of the enterprise, hoping to help the managers to accurately grasp the operating status of enterprises, optimize the allocation of resources, and improve the management efficiency, so as to provide a useful reference for power grid enterprises to establish financial delicacy management system.
