Management of Vietnamese Civil Servants Research: A Descriptive Approach

Abstract: In the administration of any country, civil servants always hold a particularly important position. The quality of administrative civil servants directly affects the performance quality of the Government apparatus from central to grassroots levels. The effectiveness and efficiency of Government management are always a direct result from the performance of administrative civil servants. Therefore, building, consolidating and improving the contingent of civil servants to meet the requirements of the current international economic integration is both the goal and the driving force to promote the Vietnamese administrative research in Dien Bien District, Dien Bien province, pointed out the results achieved, the limitation and reasons for management of Vietnamese civil servants, and then proposed some recommendations to improve the management of Vietnamese civil servants in the context of international economic integration.
