Evaluation of Good Governance Principles Implementation Using Polling Data

Abstract: The article deals with the peculiarities of polling data application in evaluating public authorities' adherence to the good governance principles. Opportunities and threats of soft and polling data implementation are highlighted considering the possible interests of the main stakeholders of the governance process. Evaluation of 12 good governance principles realization on public opinion basis has been analyzed, while the most relevant methods of raw data collecting have been identified, taking into account the peculiarities of main target audiences- citizens, civil servants and civil society organizations representatives.
