Abstract: Single-payer healthcare would eliminate wasteful administrative costs (advertising, marketing, product development, redundant corporate bureaucracies, outrageous CEO salaries and bonuses, and the need for government programs such as SCHIP, Medicare, and Medicaid) because everyone would be covered.
