Sergio Garribba
L'industria, 2008, issue 1, 111-124
Abstract:
The paper discusses objectives, priorities and actions of the national energy policy in the short and long term to deal with the new environmental challenges and a European and international context in continuous evolution. The national energetic strategy must take into account three fundamental objectives: security of energy supplies; energy efficiency and diversification; environmental protection into the framework of the european laws and ties. The priorities and the lines of action of an hypothetical sustainable energy policy would surely concern the demand of energy as well as the offer of energy; while other actions would have to refer to the factors of energy policy. Finally great importance should be attributed to the governance of national the energy system, technological innovation, and search of the social consent.
