Abstract:
The increasing economic development involves higher energy consumptions. In this paper the trend of the energetic intensity in different international countries according to some parameter values is examined. Besides the future energy consumption is estimated by means of an empirical formula in order to evaluate correctly the available resources. The energetic and environmental costs of the available sources of energy were analyzed and evaluated.
