Gianluigi Alzona
L'industria, 2009, issue 3, 403-412
Abstract:
Economies of scale are a central concept in Industrial Economics/Organization studies, connected with important topics as size structure of industries, conditions and strategies of entry, market forms. The present paper illustrates and discusses some alleged contradictions between the approach to economies of scale taken by modern studies in Industrial Economics/Organization and the traditional microeconomic theory.
