Networks like Interpretative Scheme to Convey the Knowledge and Dominate the Complexity

Abstract: As a matter of fact we can say, that our society is going through a disorderliness life dominated by uncertainty, recession and more and more ephemeral markets all contribute to the increasing of complexity in all the fields of social life and moreover in the economy. The companies are plunged in an insecure world, the so called «The Global Capitalism of Knowledge» as Enzo Rullani stated, in which all their own competitive profits have to be constantly retreated. The key word to dominate this complexity is Knowledge. The economy of knowledge is becoming a more and more global economy and therefore in order to gain its profits we must necessarily broaden the local networks conveying them to Global Network circuits. The networks are a useful pattern for all the small and average enterprises (SME). The Italian industrial weaving has thousands of SME which thanks to c.d. «the network» it can clear the bond of the small reality and moreover through co-operation they may become more flexible, efficient and creative. The great challenge is to swift from the spontaneous networks to the Planned Networks : the spontaneous or random aggregative models among enterprises does not permit the exploitation of the potentiality of the enterprise channel and for this reason they must be formalized and managed.
