Esternalità ed efficienza: un'analisi multisettoriale
Fausta Pellizzari
Economia politica, 2004, issue 1, 99-126
Abstract:
The aim of this essay is to introduce environmental resources in the traditional multisectoral linear schemes of production and price distribution. Within this theoretical scheme I discuss the consequences of respecting the polluter pays principle, aimed at making polluters pay for damaging the environment, on economic development, environmental preservation, ranking techniques and choice of techniques.
