Abstract: L’articolo offre una descrizione dettagliata dell’attività di enforcement dell’art. 2 della legge n. 287/1990 e dell’art. 81 Ce/101 Tfue svolta dall’Autorità nei suoi primi 30 anni di attività, attraverso l’illustrazione di una serie dettagliata di dati raccolti con riferimento alle 241 istruttorie condotte nel periodo 13 ottobre 1990-30 giugno 2022.
