La regolazione intrusiva oggi
Ginevra Bruzzone
Mercato Concorrenza Regole, 2002, issue 3, 467-484
Abstract:
Regulation which entails excessive interference with private activity makes citizens distrustful of public governance. A number of initiatives have been undertaken in the Eu and in Italy to improve the quality of law-making. But intrusive regulation is still a topical issue at the Community, national, regional and local level. Further action is needed to address this problem.
