Abstract: Dopo un tour tra idee e teorie in materia di giusto prezzo, passando anche nei paraggi di recenti casi in materia di prezzi eccessivi applicati a farmaci essenziali, il saggio si sofferma sull'opportunità di rivedere alcune assunzioni dell'analisi antitrust corrente rispetto alle condotte unilaterali d'impresa, col suggerimento di tenere in conto (anche) una serie di studi multidisciplinari, tra cui ricerche di economia comportamentale in tema di equità e percezioni di giustizia.
