Settori culturali e creativi nell’Europa post- Covid-19. Effetti della crisi e raccomandazioni politiche

Annalisa Cicerchia

Economia della Cultura, 2020, issue 3-4, 477-489

Abstract: A study, commissioned by the European Parliament, on the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the cultural and creative sector, one of the most affected, together with tourism, and equally strategic for the Union, was published in February 2021. The work, produced by IDEA Consult, Goethe-Institut, Inforelais and Values of Culture&Creativity, on the basis of a broad literature base, interviews with privileged witnesses and the contributions of four international focus groups, although to all intents and purposes an instant-book, has been produced with a particularly solid analytical framework and adopts a wide-ranging strategic approach. Thisis clearly revealed in the recommendations for «flagship» actions and above all in the proposal to think of the relaunch, rather than of a return to the old normality, as a transition to a completely new set-up, driven by the perspective of the Sustainable Development Goals.
