The EYCH 2018 impact on the CCI in Italy

Abstract: The Italian Cultural and Creative Enterprises participated in the EYCH with 1,690 projects. A survey on a sample of 60 units, carried out by Associazione per l'Economia della Cultura (AEC), has shown the distribution of the projects on the territory, profiling the participating Italian Cultural and Creative Enterprises and evaluating the impact of the EYCH on them. In detail, has been possible both to analyse the enterprises and the initiativescharacteristics and to assess the overall impact of the label EYCH2018. The survey was supplemented by the identification of three focus groups, to analyse in more detail the direct and indirect effects of the European Year of Cultural Heritage on the Cultural and Creative Enterprises.
