 For a new mindset: being hybridFrancesco De Biase Economia della Cultura, 2022, issue 4, 477-482 Abstract: There are some scenarios and transformation processes nowadays in our country that demand the elaboration and activation of specific competences. The analysis published by many research institutes indicate how hybridity, multidisciplinarity and multisectoriality may be the directions to follow, to develop adequate competences and to face modern challenges.
