Abstract:
The article takes up and explores some of the aspects and results that emerged from the «Mapping of emerging cultural professions, and their training processes» promoted by the Compagnia S. Paolo Foundation. The first part of the article is dedicated to the evolving professions and skills required in the cultural sectors. The second attempts to describe the characteristics of training pathways to respond to ongoing developments and the changing needs of companies and workers
