This article explores Dance Well – movement research for Parkinson as an artistic practice, engaging individuals’ imagination, fostering diversity, and challenging conventional standards. It also investigates dance’s development in promoting well-being, empowerment, and diversity appreciation, vital for building responsive and resilient societies
