Abstract:
This article situates the UNESCO Culture/2030 Indicators within the broader evolution of sustainable development policies, highlighting their potential as both a measurement framework and a tool for advocacy while critically examining the conceptual, methodological, and operational hurdles they face. By addressing these challenges, the article seeks to enrich ongoing debates about the integration of culture into sustainable development and the future of global indicator systems.
