Abstract:
The cultural and creative processes, even the concept of culture, have gradually changed in recent years in relation to the impact thatInternet and digital innovations have had on the creation and consumptionof content. European Union tries, with the new program2014/2020 Creative Europe, to reaffirm its key role in the global geopoliticalarena as a guardian but also as a producer of cultural goods, celebrating the meeting between culture and digital. In Italy, where adigital divide comes to add to a cultural divide, it's urgent an effectivepolicy on digital literacy, and that citizens and businesses be aware ofthe possibility that digital world offers, to produce innovation not onlyin the processes but also in the content itself.
