The Bank Foundations and the incentives to cultural non profit young entrepreneurs

Abstract:
This article analyzes the Italian Banking Foundations policies topromote the young nonprofit cultural entrepreneurs active in the fieldsof: the protection and preservation of historical and artistic heritage,the tourism development and the promotion of new and creative culturalproducts. During these years of financial crisis, the BankingFoundations financed allowances and income incentives called «fUNDER35- the fund for the young cultural nonprofit entrepreneurs», atender based on a projects appraisal approach. The article takes intoaccount a variety of topics, the incentives promoting the economic andfinancial sustainability, the problem of exclusion of the promotion ofcultural profit forms, the management problem of nonprofit firms.
