Più equità e meno spesa: il governo di centro-sinistra alla prova del welfare
Massimo Paci
Stato e mercato, 1998, issue 1, 127-138
Abstract:
Recent measures on welfare and employment by the Italian government are confronted with the proposals of the "Onofri Commission" (a governmental advisory board on welfare), in order to show the difficulties met by the government in the reform of the Italian welfare. The search for more distributive justice in social matters is prevented by harsh budgetary constraints.
