Prevention and Going-Concern Protection: Special Rules in Bank Crisis

Abstract: The paper focuses the peculiarities of banking crisis in the context of general bankruptcy law, through the analysis of several specific tools of banking law aiming at safeguarding the bank’s going-concern even with sacrifice of the interests of bank creditors.
