Abstract:
The article analyzes the regulatory measures adopted within the Italian emergency legislation due to the COVID-19 pandemic concerning moratoria and public guarentees of bank financing. The article examines some critical interpretative aspects and the repercussion in terms of bank operations, risk of economic crime infiltration and supervisory practices
