The bail-in tool

Abstract: The paper gives an overview on the most innovative tool of the new European regulation about banking crisis. Through the comparison with the actual domestic legal tools, it highlights the most relevant and problematic features of bail-in tool, that can be considered as a sort of forced «concordato preventivo con continuità aziendale».
