Banca Impresa Società, 2016, issue 1, 21-38
Abstract:
The Single Supervisory Mechanism regulatory framework spilled the removal powers onto the Italian Banks, both significant and less significant. The European and national regulations are examined in order to point out the triggers and effects of their application. As a result of the analysis, it is considered that the removal powers perform the basic role of moral suasion crutch.
