The Concept of Mutuality in the Reform of Credito Cooperativo

Abstract: The article examines the link between the cooperative objective and the priciple of prudent and sound management for the Italian cooperative banks. In this perspective, the article deepens the effect of the laws of 2015 and 2016 that impose stability and efficiency to the «banche popolari» and «banche di credito cooperativo».
