Abstract: This work uses an econometric model to analyze the impact of the quality level in the use of information and communication technologies (ICT) over the degree of hospitality industry competitiveness in the Yucatán Península. The eight models developed adequately and sufficiently explained that the use of ICT with an adequate training of systems users, a correct use value, an appropriate degree of computerization and a proper level of computer security significantly influence the percentage median occupancy in the Yucatán Península, hotels by increasing it, but these companies require identifying its resources and capacity to adequately address the demand for services they offer with better conditions than competitors.
