Abstract: Employee satisfaction and retention are key factors for the success and long-term competitiveness of organizations in today's dynamic and highly competitive environment. This is especially true for the hospitality industry, where employee performance is directly related to customer expectations and satisfaction. The main purpose of the article is to study and analyze the impact of human resource policies on employee satisfaction and retention in the hospitality sector. The study aims to identify the strengths and weaknesses of current practices as perceived by employees and how they affect their attitudes. The results of the study and the conclusions drawn would help identify the most effective HRM practices that lead to increased motivation, engagement and reduced staff turnover, as well as the areas that need attention and improvement.
