The findings indicate that integrating green skills into hotel operations not only enhances environmental performance but also contributes to cost savings and competitive advantage. Ultimately, this study emphasizes the critical role of trained hotel staff in advancing sustainability initiatives, thereby positioning the hospitality sector for an environmentally responsible future marked by greater resilience. This paper aims to evaluate the significance of green skills in improving sustainable practices within the hotel industry. The research adopts a quantitative approach and employs secondary data sources to provide a comprehensive analysis. The research methods are observation and secondary data collection. The main results of this study are: awareness and understanding of green skills, adoption of sustainability practices, impact of green skills on employee engagement, effectiveness of training, guest perception and business benefits.
