Abstract:
The paper analyzes the theoretical framework of the nature of the social capital, its public importance, types and shapes. It is one of the factors for the development of the economic system. The thesis is developed that the economic good in its kinds is public, club and private. For its reproduction are made investments in from which social rent is derived.
