Abstract:
In times of economic crisis, companies are turning to commercial credit in order to accelerate the sales of finished products and stimulate the production process. This form of credit to economic agents provides quick access to fresh financial resources for Bulgarian enterprises. The main reason for this choice is the striving to increase their competitiveness. Conditions that support its implementation are determined by the size of the crediting company, the opportunities for customers to use commodity credit, sales volume, the presence of old products and the need for expansion of market positions of a creditor. All of this requires the development of rules and principles on which to implement the goods and services. They are an important component of the trade policy of businesses that would correspond to modern economic realities.
