Abstract: The article is devoted to characterizing the main points and distinguishing marks of cruise as a complex tourism product. The purpose is to achieve a better understanding not only of what makes a cruise specific desirable tourism product but also to outline its economic importance. A special emphasis is put on tendencies of the cruise market.
