Abstract:
Corporate culture is a construct of substantial importance for the overall successful development of the modern organization. The article presented the understanding of Bulgarian business to the nature of the relationship between corporate culture and the competitive performance of the company, which is relative to the size of the surveyed enterprises, scope of work, willingness to innovate, the ways to implement internal communications and maintenance of corporate image in the public domain. The research is based on a representative sample of 1000 companies operating in Bulgaria.
