Abstract: The innovative potential of the enterprise is one of the major factors influencing its competitive economic development. It acts as a motivating mechanism in shaping the knowledge economy. An important tool for businesses in the field of furniture manufacturing in the competitive struggle for building competitive advantages and increasing competitiveness is innovation potential. In this context, the study of the impact of the innovation potential on the competitiveness of furniture enterprises is important. To assess the impact of the innovation on the competitiveness of furniture enterprises statistical methods for analysis of dependencies were used. The respective conclusions and recommendations are made.
