Abstract:
This article aims to reveal the potential of benchmarking, the specifics of its implementation in various sectors of the economy and the unknown possibilities of this innovative management approach. The study will look at the theoretical aspects of the comparative analysis in policy-making and implementation of decisions and practical aspects applied by leaders in the field.
