Abstract:
The paper analyzes the mechanisms of institutional change of the business processes in terms of knowledge economics. Micro and Macro approaches are applied in order to analyze the behavior of business structures in the context of the formation and realization of human potential. The paper defends the thesis that the development of human potential in the company is imperative for the development of socially oriented and innovative economy of the twenty first century. The guidelines for institutional change and specific examples of the expansion of the social functions of the business are considered.
