Abstract: Today one of the priority and significant places in modern state administration occupies organization and administration of public procurement without which cannot be a proper function of the economy in general. Creation and development of the electronic public procurement system (EPP) is a natural sequel of the e-commerce on a global scale. Modern electronic network technologies applying to public procurement gives a significant advantage in comparison with traditional process, based on paper documentation.
