Abstract: The topics of competitive advantages and competitive strategies of the enterprise in the wine production sector are becoming increasingly relevant today, given the fact that most enterprises operate in conditions of high competition and minimal resources. Competitive advantages and competitive strategies are one of the main processes that make the company commercial, successful and profitable. The main purpose of this study is to consider the importance of competitive advantages and competitive strategies for the winery. The main research methods used in the paper are content analysis, the method of comparison, intuitive and systematic approach, the method of analysis and synthesis.
