Abstract: Effective communication establishes good interpersonal and work relationships and facilitates cooperation. What are the effective styles of leadership behavior and how communication affects employee motivation and satisfaction? The article examines the influence of the way leaders communicate with their subordinates on their behavior and the formation of attitudes towards the performance of tasks and the attitude towards the whole company.
