Abstract: The situation with the Covid-19 crisis significantly affected all spheres of economic and social life, causing a decline in economic growth, a large increase in prices, in almost all countries in the world, leading to an increase in the cost of living, ie to inflation. The analysis of the expected inflation and economic growth in the Republic of Bulgaria and the Republic of North Macedonia in the period from 2021 to 2023 is the main aim of this research. The research concludes that the initial projections of the National Banks from both countries for the analyzed period have been exceeded. However, the uncertainty of the crisis still persists, so on that basis, it can not be guaranteed with certainty that the economies in the two countries analyzed are safe. Therefore, it is necessary to continuously and carefully monitor the current situations in order to take appropriate measures in management.
