Abstract:
The importance and complexity of the new international agreement for the capital – Basel ²² and its requirements, as well as the necessity of harmonization in the standards and practice of the credit institutions with these in Europe, imply fostering the collaboration between the bank supervisory body and commercial banks, intended to achieve better results, flexibility, and security.
