Abstract: The system of communications determines the effectiveness of all other systems in the organization. The effective managers realize the significance of the communications and assist for the creation of many communicative channels clearly distinguished and with an essential content. The information must be received quickly and clearly. All systems “Human being – Machine”, “Human being - People “, Employer – Employee” need exchange of information ideas and feelings otherwise those systems will stop to exist.
