Abstract: The research takes into account the questions connected with supply and demand of labour, concrete of specialized cadres. In the article take up the questions connected with the possibilities of the educational system to adapt to the conditions in changing world. The introduction of contemporary information technologies in training is one of basic innovational efforts aiming realizing the new educational conception in answer with conditions in postindustrial society and requirements of economics. The high requirements suppose as much as possible increasing of educational services, equivalence between state and private education, flexibility of the system for permanent education, establishment of correct partnership between business and education.
