Abstract: The fast development of technologies, the expansion of hotels and development of tourism in international aspect demand timely qualification of both already employed and future employees. The resort is facing a serious problem caused by the qualification of the staff and the new modern requirements. This difficult problem is not easy to solve because of the difficulties connected with the previous situation. Recent future state of the qualification of the staff has to be equally considered. It is quite urgent in respect of all spheres of hotel series.
