Abstract: In the article takes place the problem about the freely time and its rational using as a resource. This characterization is an important factor for development of the personality. The people distinguish one from another upon the possibilities in pawn and their intellect. The individuals achieve their goals trough good use of the freely time and rising intellectual development. The freely time and the variants of its rational using proposes perspectives for the personality to find some vocation or some role in the society trough activities for appearance. In contemporary conditions of economical, technological, social, law and global competition changes the possibilities for activating of abilities of personality depend on the rational mobilizing of the freely time and the contemporary understanding of its essence.
