Abstract: The article discusses the question of the development in the context of the economical growth. It is stated, that the ideas of W. E. Moore (1955) have a contemporary scientific effect, especially from the point of view of the communication theory. The aim of the report is to accentuate on the relations between the value aspects of the economical growth, the research methods, used in the field and the motivation theories.
